OUR FOUNDER
MATTHEW SPRINGHAM
Matthew founded Data Revolution in 2000. He plays an active role in the company and takes a hands-on approach to support the team. Matthew’s style of running businesses and recruitment is based on systems and processes. Outside of recruitment other interests include investment property, Landrover’s, the gym, his French Bulldog Nash and very occasionally riding his Harley Davidson. He has two children Jack and Liv.
WAI SAN
Wai San takes pride in understanding and collaborating with both candidates and clients, ensuring successful placements. She won the Rookie Recruiter of the year award by RDLC in her first full year of recruitment!
In her free time Wai San enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her beloved dogs.
Wai San loves exploring new cultures and cuisines and has travelled to Thailand, the US, Ibiza and Sri Lanka.
REBECCA
Rebecca has been specialising in Data Science for over 3 years. She finds fulfilment in recruitment because it allows her to make a difference in peoples lives by putting them in better positions.
Rebecca brings a personal touch to recruitment, taking the time to really get to know her candidates and build strong relationships with them.
Rebecca loves aerial sports such as aerial hoop and silks.
ELLIOTT
Elliott enjoys managing client relationships and he always goes the extra mile to meet the clients expectations.
Elliott loves being spontaneous and explores different countries in short time frames. He enjoys travelling to different places in Europe and exploring their football culture as well as their different cuisines.
Elliott is known for his style and attention to detail. He takes great pride in matching his socks and trainers to his outfit.
Elliott is a big royalist, he loves to share his stories and pictures of his encounter with the Queen and queued over 10 hours to pay his respects ahead of the funeral.
